On October 5, 2023, the IV Eurasian Cartel Forum will be held at the National Research University "Higher School of Economics" (Moscow, Russia).
The Forum is co-organized by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, the International Centre for Competition Law and Policy BRICS, the Higher School of Economics and the Eurasian Alliance of Antimonopoly Experts.
The Forum participants will discuss the problems and prospects of cartel enforcement at the national and supranational levels, consider the specifics of antitrust regulation within the EAEU, topical issues of antitrust law enforcement in the CIS and BRICS, as well as the issue of mitigating liability for cartels. Special attention will be paid to the problems of fighting cartels in the digital economy - in particular, the digitalization of the cartel detection process and the use of digital tools in proving anticompetitive agreements.
