Members of the Alliance representing the Kazakhstani antitrust community prepared proposals and comments to the draft Law "On Amendments and Additions on Competition Issues", which will be submitted to the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in January 2024. Comments and suggestions of the Alliance members were used to prepare an expert opinion of NPP "Atameken" to the draft law.
